Our latest adventure with the Maldon Free FSB Business Networking was to be nautical, held on the water at The Hythe, Maldon on the Top-Sail Charters sailing barge "The Thistle (1895)" many thanks must go to our hostess Stephanie Valentine from Top-Sail who gave us all the ships history from it's working back ground to it's beautifully converted life now providing a spacious venue for all kinds of entertaining without losing it's maritime character.

Attendees on Financial Friday

Unfortunately Paul Hoskin was unable to attend but John Harris and Warren Tydeman  were there to talk about Harris Knights and the role of the FSA. They explained about the recent changes in the law. We were also pleased to have a visit from our new Maldon Mayor, Peter Stilts and Mayoress, Jeannette Stilts. They explained some of the Civic duties that are expected of them and their role in Maldon.
